You need to fact check your stories, Brianna was adopted at nine months old. Her adoptive parents did not speak Russian, and Brianna has been in Ohio since she was 9 months old. Her adoptive parents were not in Russia any longer than they had to be to finalize the adoption. Maybe 2-4 weeks? I can’t comment on anything that happen when they left Celina. She did lose her adoptive mother when she was 2, due to cancer.
