 Faith ARISINGGGG

From Hebrews 11, Colossians 3:2, and Ephesians 6:18… we see that with FAITH we have been called to a greater standard. Now what does this mean- that we shall always set our mind on things that are above, as well as to set aside the anxieties of tomorrow, even to PRAY without ceasing? In fact, such an answer may seem impossible for the human mind to answer. To have a world full of To-Do lists, as well as the kids running around while you’re trying to make some breakfast and get out the door, it may seem without reach to find faith in our everyday circumstances. As we see, the struggle is real, and a mind always set on the Lord may not be conceivable; there must be a way, and YOU, my friend, have been called in that way, the way of faith! For as God split the red seas and showed Moses what it means to speak to Pharaoh in unwanted circumstances, or Joseph seeing past those prison walls, we find the answer to this question: it’s not “how do I receive faith?” but rather, how is GOD faithful? And there we draw from the depths of His riches a deeper understanding of the God we worship, as well as the men and women of God we have been called to be. So let us choose the more excellent way, let us tap into the fountain of living water, let us fix our eyes and our gaze, not on mere mortality that will soon pass like a shadow, but instead, let us choose to let our faith ARISE as incense before the throneroom of God. In that, through and by our Saviour we can, in fact, do all things!
